Occasionally, I offer giveaways and will contact winners via email and/or social media and ask for permission to collect personal data – in particular, the winner’s delivery address and contact telephone number. This information will be passed on via email to the brand and/or PR agency for whom I am hosting the giveaway. Once it has been confirmed that the giveaway item has been received, or 1 month following the sending of the prize (whichever is sooner), your details and email/social media messages containing your personal data will be deleted.

fabric & flowers cannot be held responsible for your data once it has been passed on to the brand / PR for prize fulfilment, however, these companies are expected to have similar retention policies to Our Site in accordance with GDPR.
